Bryan Evans was born near Narberth in 1964 and from the age of 13 he lived in Milford Haven attending Milford Haven Grammar School. He did a Foundation Course at Dyfed College of Art & Design before studying for his degree in Fine Art at Loughborough Art College in the East Midlands. As part of his degree Bryan spent three months in the renowned Glasgow School of Art. On completion of his degree he moved to Glasgow in 1988 and has lived there for most of the time ever since where he has been a full-time painter and printmaker. Bryan has become well known in Scotland for his atmospheric paintings and prints of the country's parks, streets and tenement buildings, once memorably described in The Glasgow Herald as "The new Scottish Impressionist". He has exhibited widely throughout the United Kingdom including
