This piece explores the notion of cultural identity by referencing a figure from the ‘Rebecca Riots’. The historical events in Wales where men dressed in woman’s clothes whilst fighting for equality and social justice. This piece puts the figure into a contemporary context with the symbolic red stones of ‘Cofiwch Dryweryn’.
