If I purchase online how will I receive the work?

The work can be collected from the Waterfront Gallery, or posted to you, following the exhibition.

Is there a charge for postage and packaging?

Yes. To find out the charge for posting a particular piece of work (usually dependent on weight and dimensions) you should contact the Waterfront Gallery by e-mail and they will secure a quote for that work from a courier and let you know.  If you are happy with the quote it will be added  to the cost of the work, and a date can be arranged for delivery following receipt of payment.

How do I make the payment for my purchase?

There are a range of options for payment (i) PayPal  (ii) Stripe  (iii) BACS. (iv) Card Payment by phone  Please contact the gallery for advice, and for bank details, if using BACS.

What if I wish to return the item?

You must contact the gallery to let us know that you wish to return the item, and the reason for doing so. Provided the work is returned to us in an undamaged condition we will arrange a refund.
