Walking worn pathways, treading ancient routes, seeing the same views as those who have gone before me, intrigues. Being alone in nature is profoundly important to me; feeling minuscule in the vastness of moorland, views stretching into veils of mist as they disappear miles away in the distance.
Observing man’s intrusion in our world, how man-made structures; granite tramways or metal architecture, weathers, corrodes, softens with rust and decay, nature wrapping her arms around harsh, brutal railway bridges, balancing the collision between man and nature – this is my inspiration
